I woke up feeling much better, I am so grateful.
I’m still not 100% but it will be a quick Improvement from here. I left the house at 6am for the retreat. It was so nice driving alone for so long. I did some singing and made some calls and it was absolute bliss. I had to take nicks car which is a Ute so really made an entrance as I had to reverse it up this rocky hill in front of everyone and the back full skidded out and made a scene which was a bit embarrassing but no one seemed to care which was a great sign for the retreat ahead.
