THANK YOU UNIVERSE Edi-Rae slept through the night and woke up fine. What the actual. I’m thinking maybe she ate something that didn’t agree with her or something, who knows. All I do know is thank GOD no one else is vomiting and thank god she is better. The silver lining of Edi-Rae being sick yesterday was that we had to leave the club early so Nick had ti stop drinking earlier than he usually would so he also woke up fine. It’s Saturday which means group physio at Pilates and I thought I would pop in to the shops on my way home to grab a few things. Kid free shop?! who even am I. Whilst there I did a fruit, bread and milk stock up but also accidentally purchased a blow up pool for the yard. I know the weather is going to be good this weekend so I thought why not. Nicks face when I walked in with it was priceless, he hates blow up stuff because he is always the one who has to get rid of it when it breaks. But guess who loved it the most… Nick. Go figure. We went full force with Paddy with the toilet training today and he did really well! Only a couple of wee accidents and 2 poo accidents. He didn’t even tell us about them though, we checked him and found them. I give him an m&m’s as a prize for if he does a wee or poo in the toilet so every 10 mins he was like “wee wee” and would try SOOOO hard to push even a drop out just so he could get an m&m. He really worked out the system. I’m interested to see how the next couple of days go. I ate a salami and cheese (with heaps of butter) sandwich on Turkish bread from bakers delight for lunch today and it was so delicious. I keep thinking about it, I think it’s my new thing.
We all had a nice arvo watching the afl GF here at home and then we finally got the kids in bed . I am wrecked. It’s my besties bday tomorrow so we are all going to lunch to celebrate. Nick is driving. I’m actually pretty sure this is the first time he has ever been designated driver, I shit you not. I’m only planning on having a few so fingers crossed I don’t get too excited and stick to that.
