It was a bitter sweet morning here in the Shepherdson household. It was sweet because both kids slept all the way through but bitter because when I woke up one of my eyes was completely glued together like I had conjunctivitis. I know it was the mascara I went to bed wearing on Friday because on Saturday when I woke up I felt irritated, then again the next day and now its completely inflamed. And of course I have a collaboration to film for eye masks today. I also have my period which has been so heavy. All I want to do it eat carbs and sweets and sleep.
Today our amazing Abby came to have the kids so I could have a work day. It was actually such a productive day which I really needed! I caught up on so much work and even had time to plan content for my next filming day which is actually tomorrow. I have been loving making funny reels lately, I just love the creativity and I have so much fun doing it. This week is so busy because I need to squeeze everything in before I leave on Thursday to Sydney. My Grandmother had a fall and has been in hospital for ages now and I haven’t had a chance to visit her yet so my sister and I are flying down. Its so hard being so far from most of my family. I love living on the Gold Coast but I really do miss being driving distance from everyone. Nick is calling me in to the bedroom saying he wants to cuddle me which is so unlike him. I think the night away just have definitely worked! I better go and take him up on that offer. Lets hope for another full night sleep from the kids and for my eye to be better in the morning

Ohhh damn, I also just remembered we have a dentist appointment for Paddy tomorrow at 8am too 
. Im already nervous. This is going to be interesting. I also finally have my ENT appointment to see how to treat my chronic tonsillitis. I am so happy I finally have this appointment because I have been struggling with swollen tonsils for so long now, I can’t live like this any longer. I’m so exhausted trying to fight this infection that just won’t go away.
