The kids are so good today which is amazing news. We noticed that Edi-Rae was so much more energetic after her nap yesterday and today she is buzzing. She has solid poos too, YAY! I’m so grateful she is feeling better and all of the symptoms are gone for both kids. I am feeling better than yesterday thank goodness. I don’t want to speak too soon because every tome I have something bad has happened but I think we are all almost 100%! Nick was back at work today but took Paddy with him to site so I just had Edi-Rae which was so helpful as I’m still very low energy after not eating much over the last 2 days. Pretty sure I lost 2kg though which is a massive plus (got to recognise the silver linings!). After this past couple of weeks being sick, I’m feeling really grateful to have 2 healthy babies again. I always think of people with a seriously ill child and wonder how they cope. Yes my kids get sick which can be hard but I always know they are soon going to be better. Some people don’t have the luxury of knowing their child will be okay, and that absolutely breaks my heart. I feel extremely lucky.
